1

Scope of the service

DPPC presents the Digital Product Passport Cloud solution, allows demo booking, publishes selected product passports and provides access to the application after sign-in.

Not every feature described publicly must be available in every plan or at every stage of delivery.

2

Accounts and permissions

Access to the application may require an account, an invitation from an organization, or assignment of the correct role and permissions inside a workspace.

Each user is responsible for keeping credentials secure, using 2FA correctly whenever required and protecting devices used to access the platform.

3

Allowed and prohibited use

DPPC may be used only for its intended purposes, including product data operations, documentation workflows, public passports, integrations and related collaboration inside the platform.

It is prohibited to bypass safeguards, abuse access, upload content without the right to use it, disrupt the service, run unauthorized load tests or otherwise use the platform unlawfully or in a way that harms security or other customers.

4

Demo materials, public passports and customer content

Demo materials are informational and commercial in nature. They do not by themselves guarantee full regulatory compliance for every industry, customer setup or deployment scenario.

The organization using DPPC remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness and publication basis of the data, documents, public passports and other content uploaded to the platform.

5

Availability, changes and limits

We aim to keep the service stable and secure, but the platform may be subject to maintenance windows, technical interruptions, security updates, product changes and selected operational limits.

We may modify features, plans, technical limits and the behavior of selected modules where reasonably required for product evolution, security or legal and operational change.

6

Liability and specific agreements

We work to maintain secure and reliable service operation, but customer decisions, customer content and customer-controlled public outputs remain materially under the responsibility of the organization using the platform.

Detailed implementation terms, SLA, support scope, contractual responsibility and delivery rules may be governed by a separate commercial or implementation agreement.
